How does therapy work?

Our Registered Psychologist is an expert in her field & has a gift of allowing her patients to feel fully seen, supported. She strives to create a non-judgemental + safe environment where her patients can truly feel relaxed in the session & dive- in deep to whatever difficult or un-forseen life circumstance has arisen & provide her patients with a well sought out plan to move forward with confidence and ease.
