How does acupuncture work + how can it help?
Acupuncture is an evidence-proven method that involves inserting very thin sterile needles into the skin at precise acupuncture points. The spots of insertion are picked based on a complex network of lines of energy, termed 'meridians'.

During your initial consultation, your practitioner will go over your health history + current conditions in depth. Your initial consultation will consist of your practitioner evaluating many aspects of your health by asking a variety of questions about your current and past state of health or illness. Following, your practitioner will conduct a series of Chinese medicine diagnostics such as: tongue + pulse diagnosis, facial complexion analysis + body constitution analysis.
A customized treatment plan is developed just for you, using a range of Chinese Medicine therapies. Acupuncture, herbal medicine + other modalities including: moxa, gua sha, cupping, dietary + lifestyle guidance, auricular ear seed therapy, mindfulness practice + more are combined + utilized to maximize treatment outcomes.
